A Document Control Specialist is needed for a leader in power and automation technologies. This is a remote position. This role involves providing administrative support for capital projects, including managing purchase orders, tracking payments, organizing documents, and ensuring financial compliance.

responsibilities:
- Performs project administrative duties for capital projects under construction.
- Tracks project steps using internal checklists.
- Manages purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation and tracking them through approval and closure.
- Follows up on invoice posting, payment statuses, and submits payment expedite requests.
- Coordinates with supply chain on new vendor setups.
- Organizes project documents for easy access.
- Capitalizes assets at the end of a project to ensure internal control and SOX compliance.
- Utilizes a variety of software, including MS Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint, Adobe Pro, and SAP.
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in business administration and finance.
- Finance background will be preferred.
