The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing work orders in an efficient manner as well as preparing spaces for compliance.
This person must be reliable, well communicated and bring a minimum of 5 years related experience to minimize any unnecessary ramp up time.

responsibilities:
- Evaluate and test building maintenance systems
- Organize and prepare work spaces for professional presentation
- Create and maintain work schedule
- Organize tools and equipment in preparation for next use
- Minimum of 5 years working within a related role within Building Maintenance Systems
- Must possess excellent electro-mechanical knowledge and skills to test building related equipment
- Possess proven communication and teamwork skills
- Organization a must, with the ability to schedule and execute task list with efficiency
