A Project Manager is needed for a multinational corporation that produces mirrors as well as a variety of construction, high-performance, and other materials in the Northborough, MA area. This is role for a residential construction company that requires a professional with extensive experience to coordinate all aspects of a project, from the initial contract to on-site installation, while managing a diverse team and communicating with all internal and external stakeholders.

responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Coordinate all activities from the contracted project to the on-site installation of panelized residential construction systems.
- Manage RFIs (Requests for Information), Change Orders, and permitting.
- Oversee the panel production and delivery schedule.
- Lead and organize project meetings.
- Create, manage, and communicate project schedules.
- Identify and manage both technical and project risks.
- Manage and oversee relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
- Liaise between internal teams and external stakeholders (customers, architects, building authorities, etc.).
- Update and align with customers and their representatives.
- Ensure clear, professional, and efficient communication with all stakeholders.
- Work with state and local building officials to complete necessary regulatory steps.
- Work with vendors to ensure scope and schedule alignment, including setup and payment.
- Support the onboarding and training of new Project Managers.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and competitive offerings.
- Be an active participant in decision-making while being able to support and advocate for team decisions.
Experience:
- 7+ years of required experience in residential construction, including project management, construction management, quality assurance, cost/budget management, site evaluation, and permitting.
- 3+ years of preferred experience in panelized or offsite construction.
- Deep knowledge and expertise in residential construction.
- Practical knowledge of basic construction engineering.
- Practical knowledge of building science and energy-efficient construction (preferred).
- Knowledge of project management and construction administration.
- Understanding of the economic and schedule implications of process and execution decisions.
- Contract development (preferred).
- CAD/CAM knowledge (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Proficiency with Project Management tools.
- BuilderTrend software experience (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.

- Problem-solving skills and a "make it happen" creative attitude.
- Consistent professional poise and confidence.
- Eagerness to learn and adopt new skills and approaches.
