A growing civil engineering firm in Boise, ID is seeking a Lighting Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similiar. Bringing 2+ years in exterior or infrastructure lighting design and analysis.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

responsibilities:
- Prepare design plans and low voltage calculations for transportation and land development exterior lighting systems
- Specify and select lighting fixtures based on a project's specific use, environment, and budget
- Coordinate with a wide range of professionals, including architects, civil engineers, and utility providers, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Model lighting performance and create scaled drawings, construction documents, and lighting schedules
- AS or BS Lighting Design, Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or Lighthing Design
- LS or LC Certified (Preferred)
- AutoCAD proficiency; experience with Revit is a plus
