responsibilities:
- Design and manage water and wastewater projects, including pump stations, pipelines, treatment plants, and distribution systems.
- Prepare technical reports, engineering studies, and project specifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for the creation of detailed site plans, grading designs, and utility layouts.
- Perform hydraulic calculations and modeling to support design decisions.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Ensure all designs meet project requirements, budget, and schedule.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in water, wastewater, or land development engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required.
- Knowledge of relevant design software, hydraulic modeling programs, and GIS is a plus.
- Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
