Leading EPC firm is looking to add a Project Controls Specialist to the Lexington, KY team. The Project Controls Specialist will play a key part in ensuring projects are executed on schedule and within budget by leading project controls processes, overseeing cost and schedule management, and providing meaningful reporting to stakeholders.

responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, cost reports, forecasts, and cash flows to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Set up and maintain project data in Enterprise Planning & Controls software, including creation of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Monitor and analyze project performance using earned value management, critical path scheduling, and progress measurements.
- Review and approve contracts, purchase orders, and change orders with proper cost coding and documentation.
- Provide reporting and analysis to project teams and management, including schedules, cash flow reports, and audit support.
- Experience with Primavera P6 software highly preferred
