Technical Customer Service Specialist for a leading manufacturer of industrial processing equipment. This role is responsible for providing in-house technical support via phone/video to customers and ensuring their equipment is running at optimal levels.

Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least three (3) years' experience installing, repairing and maintaining technical industrial machines and systems
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read technical and engineering drawings
- PLC experience
- Experience with food processing industrial equipment, conveyors or related manufacturing equipment

responsibilities:
- Provide in-house technical equipment support to customers over the phone to deliver prompt resolution
- Handles the equipment training of new and current products with customers
- Troubleshoots equipment via phone/video to resolve issues as efficiently as possible with minimal interruption
- Assists internal service team in the field with technical issues
- Interacts with external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall high level of customer satisfaction
