Seeking a CNC Manufacturing Engineer for a high growth furniture development and manufacturing client in the Ludington, MI area.
The CNC Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for assuring the highest quality and least costly manufacturing processes are implemented. They will design, develops, and documents new and/or existing CNC processes and tooling.

responsibilities:
Required Skills
- 2 years of manufacturing experience working on CNC machinery
- CNC 4-Axis Work Holding: Provide expertise in optimizing setups and improving efficiency.
- CNC Speeds and Feeds: Evaluate and enhance machining parameters for better performance and decreased cycle times
- Able to design CNC workholding
- Experienced using HAAS equipment
- Trim Rail - New Machine Support: Assist in getting the new machine operational, working closely with the company designing it in addition to Haworth's AME Team.
- Technical Manufacturing Support: Offer hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving breakdowns.
- Mastercam Program Review: Assess current programming for opportunities to improve efficiency and output.
