The CNC Manufacturing Engineer would be responsible for assureing highest quality, least costly manufacturing processes. Designs, develops, installs, and documents new and/or existing processes, equipment, and tooling. Ensures performance (business, profit, and manufacturing) to specification.

responsibilities:
- Process and Tooling Development: Applying engineering principles to develop new or improve existing processes and tools, ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and corporate policies.
- Cost and Efficiency Analysis: Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses to identify opportunities for reducing labor, material, and overhead costs. You'll work with various departments, including Finance and Accounting, to justify new equipment and process improvements.
- Documentation and Quality Control: Creating and maintaining detailed engineering documentation, such as drawings and change orders, to support manufacturing processes. You'll use statistical techniques to verify that new tools and equipment meet quality standards and will troubleshoot daily production issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaboration and Support: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality personnel, to resolve process, equipment, and material issues. You'll provide technical support to operational teams and assist with new product introductions to address potential design and manufacturing issues early on.
- Continuous Improvement: Staying current with the latest manufacturing engineering methods and processes to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
