Client located just north of Indianapolis is in need of a controls engineer. Looking for someone who has worked with building capital equeipment. Need a well rounded person, who has good PLC experience as well as experience with robotics. Salary will be based on experience.

responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Write machine PLC and HMI programming to Acieta or customer specification.
- Perform peripheral device programming, including robots, vision, motion control.
- Perform machine debug and validation to ensure full functionality of the system.
- Take initiative to meet challenging project timelines and hour budgets.
- Provide clear communication with project management staff and supervisors on issues that may arise.
- Assist with the concept and help develop hardware requirements and design.
- Ability to travel on average 25% - 35%
