A Materials Administrator is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Lenexa, KS area. A repair center administrator's main responsibility is to process incoming goods and returns, manage related data and documentation, and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure a smooth repair process.

responsibilities:
- Processes daily incoming goods and returns into databases and ERP systems.
- Identifies, logs, and tracks items with discrepancies.
- Communicates and coordinates with internal and external customers regarding returns and receiving issues.
- Maintains delivery records for received products.
- Manages Return Authorization Investigation (RAI) activity, including communication and logging of AWBs and dates.
- Provides daily reports on key metrics.
- Partners with customer service to minimize and clear grief units (discrepancy items).
- Performs general housekeeping and organization of the work area.
- Files or scans paperwork related to repairs.
- Detail-Oriented.

- strong Attention to detail, Accuracy with data entry, and an aptitude for organization.
- strong communication skills.
- Excel, Outlook experience required, PowerPoint, Teams experience strongly preferred.
- Able to collaborate with customer service representatives, receiving/shipping personnel, and MRO leadership.
- Prior experience working in materials or customer service role.
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or
- In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manage time effectively
