responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal team on RFPs
- Source for construction project services
- Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies to meet project objectives
- Perform supplier assessments and prepare contract award proposals
- Review contracts to ensure all requirements are met and meet terms
- Lead contractual negotiations and deviations
- 7+ years of construction contract management with experience leading retrofitting projects
- Contract lifecycle management
- Compliance and documentation experience
- Arriba knowledge
