A Production Manager is needed for an an American Fortune 500 company and global supplier of paints, coatings, and specialty materials in the Avon, MA area. The Production manager is responsible for marketing efforts, financial oversight, vendor negotiations, and ensuring a positive, productive work environment.

responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure the team works together to achieve goals.
- Work directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead marketing initiatives and coordinate a team across various functions like marketing, proposals, and contracts.
- Manage projects and project managers.
- Negotiate with vendors for subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Prepare and review project submittals and shop drawings.
- Collaborate with the EHS division on safety management.
- Oversee project finances, including profit and loss.
- Lead and mentor the team to foster a positive and entrepreneurial environment.
- Manage internal and external meetings.
- Track project progress and create weekly reports.
- strong multitasking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and MS suite products.
- A background in critical thinking skills is mandatory.
- BS degree in either construction management, construction engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or civil engineering. MBA is desirable.
- Ten to fifteen years' experience of construction management, preferably design/build delivery method.
- Proven experience in management and project management.
