Our client, a leader in the manufacturing of medical devices is looking for a Controls Technician for their night shift 6 pm to 6 am 3 days on 4 days off. Key qualifications include, 6 years of related experience troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components to return equipment to production or related controls experience. An Associates degree, Military technical training or vocational training in industrial controls technology is required.

responsibilities:
- Lead repair efforts for complex electrical, control, and communication systems on production lines.
- Troubleshoot and maintain key automation components, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, and vision systems.
- Support other technicians in resolving mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Plan and perform software upgrades for PLCs and HMIs, and create test procedures to verify functionality.
- Document all work performed while reading and interpreting technical schematics and diagrams.
