Candidates must have construction management experience for large scale projects, preferably with Data Centers or Mission Critical Facilities. responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Directly manage and refine long-range and short-term plans to ensure the success of data center construction projects
- On-Site Leadership: Direct day-to-day activities, manage information flow, and control costs and schedules
- Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for Microsoft project teams, general contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Pre-Construction: Review bid packages, develop scopes of work, and oversee procurement processes for GC's, vendors, and commissioning agents
- Quality & Safety: Verify that work is conducted in a high quality standard and implement and monitor safety programs
- Documentation and Reporting: Conduct site walks to review progress, verify schedule updates, and oversee invoice and quality reviews
- 10+ years of Construction Management experience in large scale projects, preferably in Data Centers or Mission Critical Facilities
