responsibilities:
- Processing and managing project records and engineering documents.
- Updating and maintaining electronic databases for document tracking.
- Performing audits and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records.
- Guiding engineering personnel on record requirements.
- Providing documents to projects for construction.
- Requesting and managing controlled document numbers.
- Reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Managing project milestones and work assignment schedules.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized.

- Leadership, teamwork, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with systems like SAP and ProjectWise.
