responsibilities:
Design and Development
- Design, develop, and validate electrical equipment and systems.
- Apply mathematical modeling and simulations to optimize designs.
- Design, develop, test, and source tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Inspect and diagnose machine malfunctions.
- Repair and/or replace defective parts or equipment.
- Ensure machinery is maintained to proper standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train Maintenance Technicians.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage maintenance and engineering projects.
- Conduct research on new technologies.
- Implement Preventative & Predictive Maintenance programs.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities.
- Support production launches and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
- Prepare cost justifications for new investments.
- Continually develop technical skills and knowledge.
