We are seeking an experienced Boiler Validation Engineer/Inspector to conduct thorough inspections and condition assessments across a wide range of utility, industrial, and power-generation boilers. This critical role ensures the safety, compliance, and sustained operational integrity of client boiler assets through meticulous inspection and accurate reporting.

responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive internal and external inspections of various boiler types (e.g., utility, industrial, waste-to-energy, recovery, and HRSG units) in accordance with industry codes and protocols.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, damage, and wear mechanisms such as pressure part failures, corrosion, overheating, and weld integrity issues.
- Apply knowledge of combustion system diagnostics to identify issues that affect boiler performance, efficiency, and emissions.
- Prepare detailed, codified inspection reports with clear findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and repair teams to develop and oversee effective repair and life extension strategies.
