This role comes with a very competitive compensation plan with a base salary ranging from $180k to $200k plus 35% annual bonus opportunity.

responsibilities:
Job Overview: Lead forecasting, demand planning, and network optimization to influence positive financial results for the company. This role will report to the COO, and will ensure cost effective short, medium and long term forecasts with maintaining reliable customer service. This role will develop and refice business plans to optimize volume and mix to balance the network efficiently in both steady state and offline assets conditions. Subject matter expert in demand planning, capacity management, revenue forecasting and will drive key initiatives, including monthly demand plans, consumption modeling, network strategy optimization and business integration.
Integrated Business Planning Leadership & Execution:
-Leads the enterprise-wide process, integrating demand planning, supply chain management, financial forecasting and operational execution to drive stratetic alignment
-Facilitates monthly review meetings with cross functional leadership, balancing demand,supply and financial trade-offs to optimize business performance
Market Intelligence & Demands Forecasting:
-Monitors industry trends, customer service behaviors, regulatory shifts, and competitory activity to inform planning assumptions and strategic decisions
-Collaborates with commercial and strategy teams to assess market developments and their impact on volume, service mix, pricing and profitability
Demand & Capacity Planning:
-Develops short and long range forecasts that balance customer demand with operational capacity and financial targets
-Indentifies demand variances and aligns production, routing and staffing strategies accordingly to optimize service delivery and asset utilization
Cross Functional Collaboration & Executive Engagment:
-Partners with Sales, Operations, Finance and Strategy teams to ensure end-to-end alignment of demand signals, service capabilities and budget assumptions
-Acts as a key liaison between field operations and executive leadership, ensuring operational realities are reflected in planning assumptions
Network Optimization, Cost & Mix Management:
-Manages overall waste allocation across the network, ensuring proper balance for lowest cost and highest customer reliability
-Leads network optimization processes to mitigate costs, maximize service efficiency and resolve key supply demand challenges
Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
-Leads the development of KPI's and performance dashboards to measure effectiveness, forecast accuracy and supply demand alignment
Education:
-Bachelor's degree (required) in business, supply chain management or logistics
Experience:
-10 years of experience in business planning, supply chain or business operations with significant exposure to logistics, or industrial services sectors
