Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Engineering or related field)
- Must have at least two (2) years of production planning experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills

responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient production operations by analyzing demand, developing production schedules, and coordinating materials and resources
- Optimize production plans, minimize costs, and meet customer delivery requirements
- Analyze sales forecasts, demand plans, and historical data to anticipate production needs
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability and resolve shortages
- Adjust schedules in response to unexpected changes such as equipment downtime, supply issues, or rush orders.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems and planning tools to generate, monitor, and update production orders.
