responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects concurrently
- Develop, maintain, and manage the project budget, schedule, and scope of work throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities
- Manage the final inspection process, punch list creation and successful completion of all closeout documentation.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
- 4 or more years of proven project management experience for ground up commercial construction projects
- Previous experience working on ground up projects such as K-12 buildings, Municipalities, Quick service Restaurants, and Banks
- Must have a valid drivers license
