responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of ground up commercial construction concurrently on site while adhering to strict timelines and budget goals
- Serve as primary on site leader ensuring the project is built to the highest standard of quality, safety, and code compliance
- Coordinate, schedule, and direct all field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to the project schedule
- Act as the main point of contact for all on-site activities, liaising effectively between the Project Manager, clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively to project sites as required by the client (more than 75%)
- 5 or more years of proven true Superintendent experience in ground up commercial construction
- Previous on-site experience working on ground-up projects such as K-12 buildings, Municipalities, Quick Service Restaurants, and Banks
- Working knowledge of all construction trades, building codes, plans, and specifications
