Large manufacturing company with locations nationwide is targeting a Process Engineer for their facility located north of Columbus, OH.
Qualified candidates will have process improvement experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. Bachelors degree in Engineering required. Must be willing to work a rotating shift schedule.

responsibilities:
- Provide engineering know-how in solving technical problems within the assigned department.
- Research alternative solutions as they relate to cost, quality, and production requirements and consult with colleagues, staff, or operating personnel to assure proper documentation pertinent to proposed solutions.
- Responsible for new product and process design. Evaluate and recommend potential new technologies for the improvement of the facility processes.
- Develop, analyze, prepare and execute technical projects. Compile data relating to project assignments and presents summary conclusions to supervision.
- Develop effective working relationships with Engineering, Operating, Maintenance, Quality, Research and Technical Service to communicate the processing applications as they relate to cost, quality, production and safety standards.
