- Oversee highway project planning and design while serving as technical lead
- Prepare and review engineering reports, specifications, scope of work, budgets and schedules
- Conduct quality control reviews and field observations
- Effectively coordinate project teams and clients to determine objectives and requirements
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed PE
- Highway/Roadway design
- 10+ years leading teams and projects
