A Construction Project Coordinator / Construction foreman is needed for a leading manufacturing organization outside of Jackson, TN. The Construction Coordinator is responsible for administering construction contracts, overseeing general contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring project completion in coordination with the overall plant construction timeline. This role involves managing budgets and schedules, monitoring plan compliance through on-site inspection, and acting as the liaison between the field and project management.
This position requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in industrial construction projects, with an emphasis on building construction and knowledge of construction means and methods. Candidates must have proficient drawing review and field application abilities, possess an OSHA 30 certification, and be competent with Microsoft Office applications.

responsibilities:
- Implement and manage building construction projects to support the site
- Coordinate construction scheduling and communications, including weekend/shutdown work plans
- Manage daily construction activity, including RFI support and supervision in the field
- Act as the primary liaison between in-field construction and project management
- Monitor equipment installation methods to ensure they meet specifications and drawings
- Coordinate contract changes (CCR's) and RFI's, and present status reports to the owner
