Civil Structural Engineer opportunity with a growing EPC consulting firm located in the Salt Lake City, UT area. You will design industrial equipment structures that must endure operational and environmental stresses. This role involves configuring structures, overseeing drawings, selecting materials, and ensuring the structural soundness of foundations, buildings, and equipment supports for a diverse range of industrial clients. Relocation assistance will be considered for highly qualified candidates.

responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, design criteria, estimates, and drawings for various industrial projects.
- Perform calculations regarding pressures, loads, and stresses to ensure structural integrity.
- Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction while liaising with clients and project staff.
- Monitor and inspect contractor work to ensure structural soundness and adherence to design specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience in heavy to light industrial civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency with design software, including STAAD, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Advanced knowledge of steel, concrete, and masonry construction methods and materials.
