A Global Manufacturer is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team in Allentown, PA! Oversee supplier quality activities, focusing on internal process qualifications, RCCA, and quality planning. An individual should come with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar, and a demonstrated background in supplier quality management and facility audits.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

responsibilities:

• Drive qualification processes for existing and potential suppliers across the US
  
  
• Develop new product and process improvement, production inspections, and validation reports
  
  
• Conduct internal and external quality audits
  
  
• Collaborate with quality leaders to identify best practices and standardize quality across the facility
  
  
• Identify root cause and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  
  
• 5+ years experience
  
  
• MS Office, Minitab, SolidWorks
