Construction Project Coordinator, fully remote opportunity supporting a national client on multiple Federal projects. Client is looking for someone that is an expert in utilizing Procore and the MS Office Suite to manage documentation, coordinate schedules, and ensure seamless communication between project managers, construction managers, and subcontractors.

responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating contractor scheduling, schedules, work coordination, project safety meetings, service interruptions, and training activities
- Provide tracking of any delay notices or contract changes provided by field personnel and coordinating periodic verification
- Track and monitor subcontract ISNet eligibility and enrollment
- Maintain digital project records, ensuring all safety, quality control (QC), and commissioning documentation is accurately filed and accessible to the team
- Compile and manage essential project deliverables, from initial design and construction packages to final as-built documentation and closeout reports.
- Other duties as needed and required
- Associate's degree (or the equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience with PROCORE construction project management software is required
- Approximately 4 or more years experience in a construction setting working with documentation, work coordination, project meetings, work processes, etc.
- Proven ability supporting multi-million dollar construction projects, with a demonstrated ability to manage critical data, maintain compliance, and facilitate project delivery.
- Demonstrated proficiency using the MS Office Suite
- Previous experience supporting Federal or public works construction projects is a significant plus
