Mechanical Engineer needed for an immediate 12+ month contract opportunity for a great company in the Billerica, MA area. This is an onsite role working with a well-oiled team in a great environment.
This Engineer will work in collaboration with lead engineers to drive a hands-on R&D project focused on perfecting the process on consumer product line. This person will execute critical test procedures relating to processes with product in different environments generating concise reports on findings.
The right person will be very organized, self-motivated, show consistent initiative and have proven MS Office skills. Familiarity within a testing environment is a plus!!

responsibilities:
- Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and/or manuals
- Evaluate the feasibility, cost, or maintenance requirements of designs and/or applications
- Implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information.
- Design test control apparatus or equipment or develop procedures for testing products
- Document all detailed observations, results, and generate concise reports
- Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements.
- BS Engineering
- Must have related test equiopment experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with Mechanical aptitude
- Proven communication and documentation skills
- Must be very organized, self-motivated, show consistent initiative
- Excellent MS Office skills
