A Senior Systems Engineer is needed for a global engineering, construction and project management company in the Ogden, UT area. This role will manage and execute the Requirements Management and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) program for the DOD/USAF GBSD project and developing design documents compliant with UFC/WBDG.

responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct systems engineering work.
- Review and prepare information on requirements management, verification and validation, functional analysis, and key documents.
- Prepare estimates, work plans, and assist with performance reporting.
- Ensure outcomes meet client and project requirements through technical expertise and coordination.
- Position is for a Systems Engineer (SE) to coordinate the delivery of Subcontract Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs).
- Focus on scope alignment, schedule, customer integration, change control, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Execute systems engineering and configuration management activities.
- Manage, organize, and verify complex design requirements within a model-based systems engineering environment (MBSE).
- Support Department of Defense (DOD) and United States Air Force (USAF) projects, specifically the GBSD program EMD phase.
- Experience working on large, complex EPC contracts.
- Knowledgeable on broad Engineering & Construction industry/regulatory codes and standards.
- Detailed understanding of requirements management principles and methods.
- Engineering and Construction experience in Industrial facilities.
- Knowledgeable on related construction practices and standard EPC deliverables.
- Requires a BS degree in Engineering (Systems or related) with
- 7+ years of experience (or 9-12 years of relevant experience).
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in USA (Systems or related).
