responsibilities:
- Supervise construction and modernization crews for elevators
- Coordinate crew schedules (short-term and long-term)
- Enforce company policies and safety plans
- Manage projects to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate material deliveries and requirements
- Oversee quality control
- Conduct modernization surveys and adjustments
