A Manufacturing Support Associate for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Arlington, TN area. This job is for a Facilities Assistant who performs basic, routine physical maintenance duties, such as simple electrical fixes and light construction, following defined procedures and instructions to support the daily operations of the facility and assist the maintenance staff.

responsibilities:
Core Role & Duties:
- Support Daily Operations: Assist with maintaining the daily operations of the physical facility.
- Staff Support: Support maintenance mechanics and facilities staff by performing routine maintenance duties.
- Contractor Coordination: Work with outside contractors on building and equipment repairs.
- Furniture Handling: Perform furniture moves.
- Minor Electrical: Execute simple electrical projects.
- Aesthetics: Perform spot painting and/or cleaning.
- Minor Construction: Execute light construction tasks.
- Exterior Maintenance: Perform exterior cleanup.
- Knowledge Base: Requires knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training (though typically no prior experience is explicitly required for this level).
- Procedure-Driven: The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks.
- Defined Guidelines: Relies on defined guidelines to aid in decision-making.
- Work Understanding: Requires a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline.
- Technical Procedures: Follows well-defined technical procedures.
