responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain all aspects of the chemical coating process for advanced magnetic components, focusing on high yield and maximum throughput
- Implement control systems, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and lead initiatives for defect reduction and process troubleshooting
- Define coating parameters and quality standards while providing expert technical support and collaborating with production teams and external vendors
- Bachelors degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Powder Metals or Magnets background
- Surface treatment, coating/plating
- 3+ years process improvement for industrial technologies
- 10% Annual Bonus Potential
