A Growing Manufacturer is seeking a Metallurgical Engineer to join their team in Lehigh Valley, PA! With technical expertise in managing and optimizing critical casting operations, oversee routine maintenenance and process improvement for new product introductions. You will bring a Bachelors degree in Engineering, 2+ years of foundry processes and tooling design. Client is offering relocation assistance, excellent benefits, and a stable backlog of work!

responsibilities:
- Lead the design, construction, and maintenance of all foundry tooling to meet customer requirements, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and minimize scrap
- Drive process efficiency, cost reduction (using Lean/Six Sigma), and generate accurate casting and tooling quotations for new products
- Coordinate new product launches, engineering changes, and pattern movement across several manufacturing facilities
- Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or similiar
- 5+ years experience in tooling design
- CAD, SolidWorks, MS Office
- Foundry/casting processes
