A Specialized Manufacturer is seeking a Process Engineer with a focus on High-Temperature Electrochemical Reduction in the DFW region. An ideal candidate will bring a Bachelors degree in Metallurgy, Materials or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar field, and 3+ years of electrochemistry in industrial scale processes. responsibilities:
- Participate in the full lifecycle of major equipment, including specification, design reviews, and the commissioning of new electrolysis lines
- Evaluate incoming materials and their direct impact on overall plant performance to final product quality
- Drive operational efficiency by tracking KPIs to ensure high yield and minimize EHS impacts
- Conduct safety initiatives including risk assessments, HAZOP studies, and regulatory compliance
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and cost
- Bachelors degree in Metallurgy, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in electrochemistry
- MS Office
- Industrial or manufacturing environment
