A Civil Engineer is needed for an engineering consulting company in the Greenville, SC area. This experienced Civil Engineer needed to lead industrial site development and master planning, focusing on comprehensive sitework design (grading, utilities, stormwater, erosion control) using AutoCAD Civil 3D and relevant analysis software.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for site development, site master planning, and site selection.
- Perform final grading plans using Civil 3D, including cut/fill and earthwork balancing.
- Develop erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and support permit approval.
- Perform hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems.
- Handle underground utility routing and site space planning using Civil 3D.
- Analyze and design gravity sewer systems.
- Perform stormwater analysis and modeling using software like StormCAD, CivilStorm.
- strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D for sitework design and drawing production.
- Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Displayed ability to learn quickly and broaden knowledge base.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 10+ years experience preferred in medium to large scale industrial development analysis and design.
- PE license required.
