Top engineering and design firm is looking for a Civil Site Engineer in the Greater Tampa Bay area. This role requires a PE and Civil 3D experience and will manage, design, and lead a variety of projects. This role demands both technical mastery and exceptional project management skills, including direct client and agency interaction. Onsite position with local project site visits as needed.

responsibilities:
- Site Civil Design and Oversight: Overseeing and designing site layout, grading, stormwater/drainage, infrastructure, and erosion & sediment control from concept through completion.
- Stormwater Management and Analysis: Performing stormwater management design/reports, hydraulic and hydrology analysis, and SWPPP preparation.
- Project and Workflow Management: Managing the site civil workflow and coordinating with all stakeholders (clients, agencies, contractors) to ensure project progression.
- Permitting and Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining understanding of local and state agency requirements, coordinating permit submittals, and following through on as-builts and platting.
- Quality Control and Professional Representation: Performing QA/QC review on plans and reports while representing the firm to clients and the community.
