Quality Specialist with a background in manufacturing and knowledge of CMM Programming needed for an immediate direct hire opportunity in King of Prussia, PA area!
The right person will have skills using Zeiss Calypso tools and work closely with a great technical team of Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve process, SOP development, and QMS improvement initiatives.
This person will apply advanced GD&T interpretation and metrology techniques with exceptional accuracy to perform inspections on high precision medical devices.
Seeking a professional with at least 5 years related CMM proficiency using Zeiss Calypso programming for medical device.

responsibilities:
- Program and Setup Zeiss CMMs using Calypso software
- Perform First Article to final inspections on high-precision components
- Contribute to ongoing SOP development and QMS improvement initiatives
- Use Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in compliance with QMS (ISO 13485, AS9100, 21 CFR Part 820)
- Assist with non-conformance and CAPA activities
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Calypso programming and Zeiss CMMs
- Deep understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to collaborate with internal teams
- Preferred experience with optical and vision-based systems (Keyence, OGP) and hard gauging methods
