Structural Engineering Department Manager opportunity located in the Cincinnati, OH area. A growing EPC firm is seeking a dynamic leader to help grow and manage their structural engineering group. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and proven leadership skills to oversee diverse industrial and commercial projects, mentor a talented team, and drive the department's success and expansion.

responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the structural engineering department, supervising engineers, designers, and drafters to foster career growth.
- Oversee all structural engineering deliverables for industrial and commercial projects, including steel, concrete, and foundation design.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain and build client relationships while supporting business development efforts through proposal preparation and project estimating.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience in a structural engineering leadership or management role, preferably within an industrial project environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of structural design codes (AISC, ACI, ASCE) and proficiency in analysis software (e.g., STAAD, RISA).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
