Leading engineering firm is looking to add an Electrical engineer to the team in Akron or Columbus, OH. This role will play a pivotal role in managing a multi-year portfolio of high-voltage transmission and distribution projects for a major utility client. You'll be the crucial link between engineering, finance, and client management, ensuring projects are planned and executed safely, efficiently, and on budget. Could also sit in Chesterfield, MO. Must have an ABET engineering degree.

responsibilities:
- Work with client stakeholders to determine budget year for transmission projects based on feasibility, budget, and need.
- Review and approve baseline budget costs for individual projects.
- Build baseline scopes, schedules, and budgets for release to multiple client stakeholders.
- Work with outage coordination to assemble a set of regional projects that do not cause conflicts.
- Help create and compile the clients rate filing for PJM.
