Right of Way Specialist needed in Akron, OH for a leading Engineering and Construction firm. This person will be responsible for securing land access and easements needed for projects by negotiating with property owners, reviewing titles, and ensuring legal compliance. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of relevant experience.

responsibilities:
- Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret Land/Right-of-Way (ROW) documents, including agreements, deeds, easements, and leases.
- Research and review real property documents, complete rights/restriction reviews, and fulfill permitting requirements.
- Support data management by translating ROW document data into the stakeholder database and conducting quality assurance (QA) reviews.
- Compile and present technical data to the ROW project team.
- Provide broad project support to a multidisciplinary team (e.g., project managers, engineers, environmental consultants, GIS specialists) while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
