A well known general contractor is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage, coordinate, and oversee construction projects including project planning, execution, and closure. The Project Manager plans and directs all construction activities and administrative processes to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. The position is paid in the $120-150K range plus bonus. The company will pay relocation for qualified candidates.

-Develop and maintains successful client relationships.
-Develop business opportunities.
-Responsible for project start-up, project quality, and compliance.
-Submit and review change orders, while effectively communicating issues and developing resolutions.
-Ensure subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders are reviewed and accurate.
-Participate in the development of schedules and sequencing of work.
