Well establish, very reputable and growing organization is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Beaumont, Texas area.
This role comes with an excellent compensation plan commensurate with experience with base salary ranging from $100k to $110k plus an annual 10% bonus. Relocation assistance is also available.
Candidates that have solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience along with knowledge of pumps, piping, fluid mechanics, seals, thermodynamics, 120/220/480 volts is also very helpful.

responsibilities:
-Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes and maintaining safe practices at all times.
-Utilizes leadership skills to promote a safe and collaborative work environment for all team members.
-Oversees housekeeping activities for the shop, ensuring organization and promoting excellence.
-Implements spare parts organization and a robust spare parts tracking system
-Partners with the maintenance team to ensure the appropriate mechanical and electical skill sets are developed or acquired.
-Developd improvement processes to reduce cost and improve plant operating efficiency.
-Maintains cost control to support facility and organizational goals.
-Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
Education:
-High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
-5 years of manufacturing/industrial experience
-2-3 years of maintenance supervisory experience
-Experience utilizing at CMMS
-Knowledge of reliability, preventative and predictive maintenance systems
-Lean experience is helpful
-DCS/PLC knowledge
Competencies:
-Excellent problem resolution, with judgement and decision making skills
-Written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
-Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines with shifting priorities
