Seeking a Manufacturing Technician on 1st shift for a high growth manufacturing company in the Woburn, MA area.
The Manufacturing Technician would be responsible for being part of a cohesive team manufacturing high-quality products. Verify needed raw materials, tools, and equipment to perform machine operations and/ or assembly work. Use calipers, verniers and other measuring devices to perform and evaluate work.

responsibilities:
- Execute complex machine operations and assembly work, including setting up and programming CNC/gantry systems and operating injection molding equipment.
- Ensure quality control by reading blueprints, performing setups, and conducting precision inspection using calipers and verniers.
- Perform elevated maintenance, tooling changes, and complex troubleshooting, escalating issues to engineers and communicating across departments.
- Support all cross-functional business needs in areas like extrusion, various molding types, splicing, and hazardous chemical mixing/material handling.
- Sustain Safety, 5S, and LEAN initiatives, actively contributing to team improvements and correctly utilizing PPE in all designated environments.
- Verify materials/tools, complete all daily documentation, and appropriately package complex products on time.
