Regional Civil Contractor is seeking a direct-hire Superintendent. This position will be based out of Northwest Ohio. The Superintendent will be responsible for the daily operations of a construction site from planning projects to overseeing their completion. All projects are in Northwest Ohio.
The salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $100K to $120K, plus a potential bonus, company vehicle, and other great benefits! All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:
- Directs daily jobsite operations and supervises field crews, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Plans and schedules manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve production goals and meet project deadlines
- Ensures compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
- Maintains accurate project documentation, including daily logs, production reports, and punch lists
- Coordinates inspections and ensures adherence to all safety and environmental regulations
