Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Day Shift)
In this role you will oversee and supports testing and programming operations, troubleshooting equipment and product issues, training operators, maintaining accurate test documentation, and driving process improvements to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Electrical or Mechanical
- 3+ years in manufacturing/engineering/test technician roles
- hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills
- project management / planning abilities
- Willingness to adapt to shift changes as needed

responsibilities:
- Act as first escalation point for test and programming operations (Leak Test, Final Run Test, Motor & Controller Programming)
- Support and troubleshoot test equipment across production lines
- Ensure test accessories (thermocouples, control cables, plugs) are available and operational
- Train operators on proper testing procedures and troubleshooting
- Analyze test failures and update documentation (work instructions, sequence cards)
- Use Testbuilder 3.0 to validate and update troubleshooting steps
- Drive FPY (First Pass Yield) improvements with problem-solving techniques
- Participate in process improvements and technical development projects

- Experience level: Experienced
