An Administration Coordinator for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Redmond, WA area. The role is a dual-function position providing specialized clerical support (data compilation, reporting, filing, and coding) while also serving as a Quality Support Coordinator who acts as the primary customer liaison for quality issues, manages inquiries, coordinates internal responses, documents interactions, and supports the maintenance of the Global Quality Management System (QMS).

responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, coordinating timely responses.
- Ensure customer needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Work closely with internal teams for efficient execution of customer-facing activities.
- Oversee and coordinate all field-related activities scoped within PFA Executions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Provide timely and accurate responses (documentation, product support, issue resolution).
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handling of activities and follow-ups.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers.
- Track and document customer interactions, ensuring records are up to date.
- Support product issue resolution (returns, replacements, troubleshooting).
- Develop and maintain customer service tools (FAQs, templates, checklists).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and streamline quality delivery.
- Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training.
- Has clearly defined procedures, tasks, and guidelines.
- Requires a basic understanding of work routines/procedures in own discipline.
- Technical procedures are well defined.
