In this role you'll support advanced automated paint systems through online and offline programming, quality evaluation, and continuous process improvement.
1 year contract!
Travel: 50%- Domestic: within the United States and internationally to Canada, Mexico and Japan.
Associates Degree or work experience- 2 years
Hands-on experience with automated robotic paint applications.
Knowledge of PLC programming (Toyopuc, Allen Bradley, Omron, etc.).
Familiarity with digital engineering tools such as Catia, Delmia, SolidWorks, or Inventor.

responsibilities:
- perform online robot programming for sealer, primer, base, and clear coat applications; run trials, adjust parameters, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct offline programming using simulation software to create robot programs, perform reach studies, and analyze cycle times.
- Evaluate quality using instruments such as elco-meters, wave-scan, and X-Rite.
- Develop handover documentation and process snapshots for manufacturing centers.
- Communicate effectively using Microsoft Office and clear written documentation.
