responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to address each customer's and partner's unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer's specific needs and interests.
- Hunter mentality.
- Drive revenue growth by providing expert technical sales consultation and support for our sensor portfolio (including Hall Effect, Proximity, and Magnetic Pickup sensors) to key industrial and commercial clients.
- Follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure company's internal CRM is updated.
- Coordinate, plan, and schedule sales support functions with the Engineering staff.
- BS in Business, Engineering or sales related field is a requirement.
- Business travel between 20%-30% yearly will be expected for this position.
- 5+ years of Business-to-Business sales experience with Sensors (Hall Effect, Proximity, Magnetic Pickup is a must).
- Proven ability to work in a sales environment and a deep understanding of sensor technologies.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives are required.
