responsibilities:
- Analyze space data, leveraging autoCAD proficiency to develop and update detailed floor plans to create comprehensive occupancy planning scenarios
- Foster critical relationships and ensure coordination and collaboration among various business units
- Develop planning strategies that drive construction projects and support their implementation
- Manage portfolios and support clients with strategic scenario planning and moves
- Collect business requirements based on client programs and workplace guidelines
- Develop occupancy options, perform blocking and stacking, and create test fits (including details like aisle width, furniture, and space types)
- Develop and manage migration plans
- Produce regular deliverables including monthly reporting and periodic data audits
- Track and manage utilization data, gather space and adjacency requirements, and update space layouts
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, gain insight to supply and demand and inform planning decisions
- Deliver superior service and understand client concerns as part of client account management
