A Material Coordinator is needed for an American corporation that manufactures agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains (axles, transmissions, gearboxes) used in heavy equipment, and lawn care equipment in the Dubuque, IA area. This is an entry-level Supply Management position focused on procuring experimental parts using strong Excel skills for coordination with engineering and the shop, with SAP and a relevant Bachelor's degree being preferred.

responsibilities:
Core Responsibility: Coordinate the procurement of experimental parts for:
- Experimental operations.
- Feasibility builds.
- Durability builds.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Supply Management, and the Experimental Shop to ensure:
- Appropriate materials and quantities are ordered.
- Materials are delivered and received.
- Create Material Masters in SAP.
- Extend Views in SAP.
- Perform Material Movements in SAP.
Education & Experience:
- Degree (Preferred): Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred Majors: Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or Mathematics.
- Alternative Consideration: Candidates with relevant work experience will also be considered.
Computer Skills: Good general computer skills.
Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Proficient with Excel, including:
- Vlookups
- Pivot tables
- Conditional formatting
- Other common formulas
- Communication: Effective communication (both verbally and written).
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment.
Software:
- SAP
- Tableau
- Power BI
